Acoustic Solutions For
Boardrooms & Meeting Rooms
The modern boardroom is acoustically hostile. We solve the room — so your meetings and AV systems can perform.
The Challenge
Why Boardrooms Fail Acoustically
Glass walls, gypsum ceilings, marble or polished concrete floors, and hard tabletops – every surface in a premium boardroom reflects sound. The result is excessive reverberation that makes conversation fatiguing and ruins hybrid meeting performance.
Hybrid meeting systems (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Cisco) are highly sensitive to room acoustics. Beamforming microphones and DSP cannot compensate for excessive RT60. The result: unintelligible audio for remote participants, fatiguing meetings, and an expensive AV system that never performs to specification.

Our Approach
How We Treat Boardrooms
A typical boardroom treatment combines wall absorption, ceiling treatment, and rear-wall diffusion to bring RT60 to within 0.4–0.6s.
Wall Absorption
Fabric-wrapped or slatted acoustic panels on primary wall surfaces. Specified to match the interior design language – not bolted on as an afterthought.
Ceiling Treatment
Ceiling clouds, baffles, or integrated absorbers where wall space is limited. Positioned above the conference table to address the primary reflection zone.
Rear Wall & Glass
Floor-to-ceiling fabric-wrapped panels or movable acoustic screens to manage rear-wall reflections. Glass walls treated with acoustic film or movable partitions.
